Sheriff Sale – By virtue of a writ of venditioni exponas, issued from the Circuit Court of Jefferson County and to me directed, I will sell for cash at the Courthouse door in Dandridge on Monday the 15th day of April next, all the right, title, interest and claim that Andrew and Sam S McCuistion has of, in and to a certain tract or parcel of land – containing two hundred acres more or less – lying and being in the county of Jefferson, on the waters of Long Creek, adjoining the lands of Thomas K Coffman, Joseph Hamilton, Andrew M Nicholson and others. Levied on as the property of said Andrew and Samuel S McCuistion, to satisfy two judgments and costs, one in favor of James Hickman, the other in favor of John Fain & Son, both recovered before C F Brackney, Esq. B F Newman, Sheriff Jefferson County Feb. 27, 1844
