Sheriff Sale – By virtue of a writ of venditioni exponas, issued from the Circuit Court of Jefferson County and to me directed, I will sell for cash at the Courthouse door in Dandridge on Monday the 15th day of April next, all the right, title, interest and claim that Elisha Rogers, Alexander Rogers and Jane Rogers has of, in and to a tract of land, containing seventy-five acres more or less – lying in Jefferson County, in Civil District No. 11, being the same on which Alexander Rogers now lives, adjoining lands with Isaac Gregory, Lore Statham and others. Levied on to satisfy a judgment and cost that Wm F Manson, recovered against them before Edward Riggs Esq. B F Newman, Sheriff of Jefferson County Feb. 27, 1844
