Abraham Watkins, prosecutor came into open court and acknowledged himself indebted to the State of Tennessee in the sum of two hundred dollars to be levied of his goods and chattels, lands, and tenements to be void on condition he make his personal appearance at our next circuit court to be held for Jefferson County in Dandridge on the third Monday in January next then and there to ____ and give evidence on behalf of the State against John Ivey and not to depart the court without leave.
