Historical Society's Annual Banquet: Civil War Focus

The Jefferson County Historical Society's annual banquet will be held Thursday, Oct. 21st, at Carson-Newman College.

The speaker is Dr. Joan Markel, who will talk about the homefront during the Civil War.

The public is invited. The cost is $24, and checks should be sent to the Jefferson County Historical Society, PO Box 325, Dandridge. Reservation deadline is October 14th.
