Notice – In obedience to an order from the Clerk of the county of Jefferson, founded upon a suggestion of the insolvency of the estate of Joel R Denton, deceased, all those having claims against said estate are hereby notified to file them legally authenticated with said clerk against the 10th day of May next, in order that a taxable distribution may be made among the creditors of the decedent.
