Dandridge Has Newspaper

"The Star" is the name of a newspaper which scintillated at Dandridge for the first time on last Thursday, January 24th. It is a 6-column folio, all home print and had plenty of advertising, as first issues always do.

C. K. Ellison, who published the Jefferson County News at Jefferson City for quite a while, is manager and the Dandridge Publishing Co., proprietors. One particular feature about this issue is that it doesn't say how often it will "twinkle," dailey, weekly, or monthly, or how much per.
