The State vs. Povy? C. Wilkerson. Appeal from the County Court. This day came John Wilkinson, Esquire, Attorney General who prosecutes on behalf of the Defendant in prison, and the ____t the Bill of Indictment was argued and over-ruled, and time has given to plead, and therefore came the Defendant and with ____ of selection to the court, the Defendant withdraws his plea of not guilty, and pleadith guilty.
