Sheriff Sale – By virtue of a writ of venditioni exponas, issued from the Circuit Court of Jefferson County and to me directed, I will sell for cash at the Courthouse door in Dandridge on Monday the 15th day of April next, all the right, title, interest and claim that William W Sasseen and Hannah Sasseen has of, in and to four tracts or parcels of land, lying and being in the County of Jefferson, in Civil District No. – containing eight hundred acres, more or less, all adjoining each other and adjoining the lands with Robt. Miller, Isaac Alderson, James Gass, Moses French and others. Levied on to satisfy two judgments and costs that Shadrack Inman recovered against them before Isaac Alderson, Esq. B F Newman Sheriff of Jefferson County Feb. 27, 1844
